"Legs of Your Chair on the Ground, Tyler!"

Yo!

"Damn, alright Ms. McClain, sh!+."

"Pharrell Williams has teamed up with furniture designer Domeau & Pérès to create this chair called Perspective. According to Pharrell who designed the chair, Perspective represents the love between a woman and a man. He says,

"I had often wondered what it's like to truly be in love, not lust for once.. So I decided not to ask what it was like in someone else's shoes or what it was like to sit in their seat.. I decided to sketch out my own experiment; the perspective chair."

Perspective will come in several colors with only four chairs per color being sold. If you want to check out the chair in person, you will find it showcased at the Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris from October 21st 2008 until January 10th 2009."

Insecure

Yo!

So, today I decided that I would take you on a little adventure. This adventure consists of the highlights of yesterday. Fasten your seatbelts!!!

Since the summer usually entails late nights, me waking up late, missing breakfast, and going straight to lunch, the day started off with some Taco Bell . . .

I tried thinking outside of the bun and it didn't really work out so well . . .

And a special guest appearance by the Garageband Guru himself . . .

Legalized crack and the way of the future . . .

So, then Guru and I hit the mall up. Unfortunately I was laughing so much from Schmaschmortion and Ghetto Trash almost brawling, that I didn't snap any pictures. Why they were about to duke it out is beyond me, but I'm sure Guru could give you more insight than I could.

Anyway, I dropped 'Ru back off at Wally World to pick-up his car as he plotted a scheme to take off with his car without paying since he had an extra set of keys. So, I proceeded to kick him out and tell him to roll with THE FLOW! Then, I jetted back home to some lovely gifts purchased by me for me . . .

Supremin' . . .

Should have picked one up at the concert awhile back, but I didn't feel like waiting in the cluster f!#%. Well, better late than never . . .

Not sure how many people can appreciate this next one, but I remember wanting this as a kid . . .

& making very good use of my German books . . .

So, after what seemed like a long, but short day in essence, I had to catch some rays and relax. So, I hit up the best looking British man that I know and kicked it with her at the pool. Damn, paparazzi got her . . .

So, after clearing off a whole population of ants and being mooned by little boys(no Michael Jackson), we went back to her place and watched some Mean Girls. We both came to the conclusion that Gretchen is definitely the best looking one of the Plastics.

Finally, for the nightcap . . .

What the Human Brain Really Looks Like

Yo!

Sometimes I really feel like the human brain is designed like the picture above. My Biology teacher from high school would disagree, but he's also the same person that claimed a family was blown away in their house by a tornado and didn't realize it until they woke up the next day 100 yards from where their house originally was. The Homo sapien of today's generation seems to just want to play mind games rather than express how they really feel. I even include myself in this category as well, but at least I'm content with admitting to my discrepancies. It's a shame that in today's society I have to be hesitant when I want to express to other individuals how I really feel about something/someone.

Peace Out Timmy: 92 - 100

Yo!

Well, tonight was grantastic. I fell asleep with like 3 minutes left to go in the last quarter of the Lakers/Spurs and then I woke up to the Lakers being crowned for the Western Conference winners. Now it's up to the Celtics to pull it off against Detroit and we can see a true throwback of the finals. Yay! Sorry Tasha, but at least now Tony can get back to Eva(hopefully with some makeup on though, right?).

Throwback Material

Yo!

Occasionally I will post something(videos, pictures, songs, etc.) that will probably bring back memories. When you see "Throwback Material" in the title, prepare to take a trip back in time. "Throwback Material" won't always have a certain reason, dedication, goal, or what you have, but this time in particular does . . .

50 Cent, if you're reading this, you owe me big time homey. I'm pretty sure I've located your long lost brother and it looks like he's been playing against the Celtics in the playoffs lately . . .

True Life: I'm a Sneaker Head

Yo!

So, I mentioned in my first post that I was going to use this blog as a means of posting pictures of some of my sneaker/clothing purchases. Well, this will start it off. I'll also post pictures that are relative to the purchase. So, to start it off . . .

Now for the shoes . . .

Between A Diamond & Sierra Leone

Yo!

Lately, it seems like life has been throwing me situations where either option I take, I have to face something I don't necessarily want to. It seems as if I can't just make a decision without worrying what consequences I might face. I guess that's how life is though. It's all about the choices you make which really define you.

If everyone around you believed in something contrary to what you believed in, would you have the will power to stand up for what you believed in? Sometimes, I think our society can influence our decisions way too much. I feel like there aren't enough leaders around today. Which leads me to my next topic . . . Barack Obama.

This man is a leader and I fully respect how he has ran his campaign. I for one could never really stand/swallow politics and to some extent I still can't, but Barack Obama really has turned me on to the political world more than I have ever been before. Now, I think it's sheer coincidence that this all occurred during the first election I'll be able to vote in. Do I think it's risky to vote on someone who has little experience? My answer to that is simply "George W. Bush." He had "experience" right? Give me a break. Speaking of risks . . .

Are you willing to take one?

B'zar Update

Stop whatever you're doing and go get these from B'zar. Actually, they're closed now, but make sure to go get them as soon as possible. These are probably the nicest pair of Nike Court Forces to drop in awhile. Also, if you're not sure where Nike drew their inspiration from with these, here's a hint . . .

B'zar is located at:

First the Aston Martin, and now this? Remind me again why the Lakers aren't three games up on the Spurs instead of one. Anyone? Rodney?

I HATE Rasheed Wallace, but . . .

I love his shoes.

A New Beginning

Yo!

So, I finally got my own blog because all of the cool kids have been doing it and you'll have to excuse me for being about 5 years late. The boonies of South Carolina is to blame(well, maybe me being lazy can also to attribute to the problem as well).

I'm not really sure what direction this blog will take, so don't be surprised if I post something completely irrelevant. I tend to get off topic a lot, so my apologies in advance if you see something and think to yourself, "WTF?"

The main question I thought to myself while I was registering a google e-mail account to partake in blogging was, "Why?" Well, I could only come to the following conclusions:

  1. I want newer ways of taking shots at people in subtle ways.
  2. Boredom.
  3. A fun way of posting my sneaker/clothing pick-ups that people still probably don't care about.
One might say that the above reasons are lame, but cool, I agree.

I'm not going to bore you with a witty/pseudo "About Me" portion to start off with either. That would be very selfish and self-centered(like having a blog to post shit I bought isn't?) and I'm not at all like that. Oh yeah, sarcasm . . .

It might as well be my middle name. So, if I say something that seems to be controversial or hard to believe, it's probably sarcasm. Like a friend of mine once said, "Online reading/chatting isn't a very rich media." Actually, he said something about AIM(or how he would say it, A-I-M) not being very media rich, but you get the point.

I might not post for awhile(I use to write in my journal once every year or two), so let me leave you with a nice video . . .
