Yo!
. . . be happy.
Seriously, why not just look at the positive side of things for a change? I got into this conversation with a couple people today and one person understood a lot more than the other, but no one is perfect, and that's my point in essence. Does anyone notice how people tend to look at the negative things no matter what? Someone could literally have 100 accomplishments and one mistake, and that mistake would be looked at, criticized, and held against that person forever. Something there just doesn't add up to me. Now, I'm not saying that you look at the bright side of things so much that you lose focus of reality, but being realistic doesn't mean you necessarily have to be pessimistic. Yes, we as humans should point out and learn from our mistakes, but we should never obsess so much about them that we lose focus on the positive that has occurred.
In my most humble opinion, you'll never truly be satisfied or happy if you are always dwelling on the negatives or the past.
Like a late and great Bob Marley once said . . .
"In every life we have some trouble, when you worry you make it double."
Keep it righteous.
Peace & Love.
